RULES FOR TRI-RAIL STATIONS WITH PAID PARKING

Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport Station at Dania Beach
As of January 6, 2025, it will be required to register to park a car at this station. A parking management company will monitor and enforce new parking rules and fees using license-reading technology. Registered vehicles may park at a $2 hourly, $12 daily, or $125 monthly fee. Tri-Rail passengers can register their vehicle to park for 12 hours in a day at no charge, subject to a $2 hourly fee or $12 daily fee if parked beyond 12 hours or overnight. Unregistered vehicles that park at this station are subject to a citation, car boot or being towed at the owner’s expense.

1 REGISTER YOUR EASY CARD (FOR TRI-RAIL COMMUTERS)
Tri-Rail commuters must register with an EASY Card to receive a parking code and park for free for the first 12 hours of their parking session. Upon registering with a valid EASY Card, an e-mail with a parking discount code will be submitted, that can be used with when entering a parking session with ParkingPayment. The code can only be used once per day, per user.

2 START YOUR PARKING SESSION (FOR TRI-RAIL COMMUTERS AND NON-COMMUTERS)
Both commuters and non-commuters must use ParkingPayments.com to begin a parking session. It is recommended for regular users to download the ParkingPayments app for convenience. Non-app users will need to manually input their vehicle and billing information each time they park.

3 PARKING FOR NON-TRI-RAIL USERS
Users that park at the station and do not ride Tri-Rail, must pay in advance for the use of the parking facility and complete before leaving the premises. Vehicle and payment details can be submitted through ParkingPayments.com or at a station machine.

4 EXTEND PARKING TIME
Users can extend parking sessions remotely and avoid parking violations on the ParkingPayments app.
